Michiyo has the battling style of a boxer, which she has developed from her own father. She is strongest with her fists and her movements are always sharp, however her right fist seems to be the strongest as it holds the most power. Weakness wise, she unfortunately leaves a lot of holes in her defense and her lower body is, of course, open.

Michiyo likes to feel like she is in charge, So she does anything in her power to put her in this position. She has already learned from a young age how to use her intelligence to her advantage, so scams and Manipulation is nothing new to her. In fact she loves it.
Michiyo takes pride in a lot of things she does, and tries her best most of the time; making her hardworking.

She seems to be confident and light hearted like nothing could possibly ruin her day.
Michiyo is very tough however, both mentally and physically. It is very hard to upset her or annoy her and there is very little that will anger her, However occasionally she seems to take pleasure in trying to crack through people's shells herself, but mostly in a humourous way.

She behaves well because it will add to her good reputation that she is trying her best to build, but she is also not afraid to defend a friend with her fists, with the risk of exposing her as aggressive.

When Michiyo sets a goal, she will strive to achieve it no matter how long it will take; even if that goal is to protect someone. Michiyo is forever loyal to those who are her friends and show that they are loyal back to her.

★BIOGRAPHY

_{Michiyo grew up in unfortunate circumstances. Bad luck seemed to be commonly following her parents as their lives seemed to be getting worse with every decision they made. It was this poor lifestyle that drove her parents into separation when she was at a young age. Her father was terrible with money and seemed to have trouble not spending, and this irritated her mother since they were already financially in trouble in the first place.
Michiyo of course didn't get much of a say at the age of 2 for which parent she wanted to stay with, and inevitably she ended up living with her mother. Her older brother didn't really like this decision though and longed for contact with their father. Her brother seemed to be the only reason why Michiyo was fortunate enough to spend time with her father. Enough time to develop skills influenced from him.

Her dad was a boxer himself, and really enthusiastic about the sport, But he could never really get a job from his skill. Michiyo and her brother learned to box just before she even started school from their father, and it was this skill that she would later use to her advantage.

During her elementary school years, she soon became notorious for her sneaky attitude which only seemed to develop more. As a child she would always try to bargain with her peers for 'better deals' that would benefit her as well as the other. A trait she developed from her impoverished style of living. She would usually find herself in some trouble from doing this, but with her spreading the word about her boxing ability, she was never really bullied.
It wasn't the case for when she met an interesting kid for the first time however.
During this time, Michiyo met Kaoru through scamming another kid about a toy. The child asked young Kaoru where Michiyo was hiding and she pointed the kid in the wrong direction to where some dangerous dogs were.
Michiyo was watching the whole ordeal from her hiding spot and couldn't believe someone had saved her butt just like that.
She grew to admire Kaoru despite how 'weak' she was [this only made her want to protect Kaoru more] and also met Jazzy through her.

Surely enough their relationship blossomed and the three were best friends throughout elementary.

Behind the scenes however, School had introduced Michiyo to a new feeling; embarrassment. She was growing more conscious of how poor she was in comparison to other people. and through her lunch to her clothes; it showed. Michiyo spent most of elementary trying to find herself and how she could come up with a way to make herself appear normal.
She then realised that, the answer was so simple. She could use her intelligence to her advantage.
Michiyo had always done well in school without much effort, but if she had the right materials to better her knowledge-- she could be an intellectual force to be reckoned with in Junior High.

During the last year of elementary, Kaoru was going through a lot and had no other option than to live with Michiyo until she could obtain a home of her own. This was fine with Michiyo and her stern mother, because she was swayed by the proposition that Kaoru would assist around the house. Which is where another favour was in order. Michiyo had asked her mother if, in exchange for good grades and complete assistance with house work she would buy Michiyo textbooks and a fresh new uniform each year [instead of an old hand me down from her cousin].
Michiyo had a goal in mind, and it was to save up to get somewhere in life, with the exchange of correct answers to homework and tests.
Kaoru was down with this idea and even participated herself.

It wasn't long before Michiyo was known around the school for her little 'answers shop' that she would host at certain times during school.
Things seemed to get a little-- ugly and unexpected in her new school however.
Kaoru had got her own place and came a little less frequently, [which put a bit more pressure on Michiyo at home having to balance out the help Kaoru offered herself so her mother would use the little money they had on things to build her reputation.] Jazzy came back from America, and due to Kaoru getting picked on a lot Michiyo was developing a yankee reputation from sticking up for her friend by being her bodyguard.
This was a reputation that Michiyo didn't really want to have with her because it would poison her 'well mannered student' reputation she was going for to get away with her test dealing.

While Michiyo was becoming more conscious of her reputations, Kaoru had become known as a yankee now also, to the point of Kaoru later going on to form a gang at the school.
This gang was interesting to Michiyo, it stood for letting the intellects run the school, and took the brute out of gangs. And it was for this reason [ and the fact that supporting her friend is always the best thing] that she decided that she needed to join. Maybe then people would never get to know the brute side of her and would always associate 'michiyo' with the word, 'intelligent.'
